At Dude Perfect, we want you to love your gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items securely in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, making sure to include any packing slips provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
